What to expect:

In this Private Reiki Session you will experience the holistic healing power of Reiki Energy.

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that involves the transfer of universal energy through the palms of the practitioner to the receiver, promoting physical and emotional healing.

By channeling Universal Life Force Energy one can enhance the body's natural healing process, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

This practice involves light touch or hovering slightly above the body with the recipient fully clothed and either lying down on a massage table or sitting in a chair.
